Role Description

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will join our team in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with our scientists, engineers, and customers. In this role, you will apply a blend of exploratory research and practical implementation to drive customer value through ML solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of designing and deploying end-to-end ML systems at scale. You have owned the transition from prototype to production-hardened service.

• 5+ years of professional experience in ML Engineering. You prioritize system design, observability, and "infrastructure as code" over one-off experiments.

• Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, and uphold high standards for code quality and system reliability.

• Experience leveling up high-performing engineering teams, conducting deep-dive code/architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:

• Deep experience in LLM infrastructure, including RAG prompt engineering at scale, and fine-tuning for production efficiency.

• Proficiency with distributed computing vector databases, and GPU optimization.

• Familiarity with the intersection of ML and Quantum Computing.
